Workday Integration Consultant (42188)

Become a key part of an integration project focused on Workday. As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will design and implement integrations, ensure data quality and consistency, and collaborate with both business and technical teams. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and contribute to integration architecture. You will also perform data mapping, transformation, and validation, and support testing and optimization of existing integrations. The ideal candidate has experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB, and understands data flows, XML, APIs, and integration principles, along with strong stakeholder communication skills.

- design and develop complex integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g., payroll, third-party platforms)
- perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems
- troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations
- design scalable integration solutions aligned with business requirements
- define data flows, integration patterns, and architecture decisions
- contribute to overall system design including business rules, data migration, and interfaces
- gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (HR, Payroll, etc.)
- translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions
- analyze current and future-state business processes
- facilitate workshops and design sessions with business and technical teams
- communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- support requirement alignment and sign-off processes
- track deliverables and proactively follow up on dependencies
- prepare and document test scenarios for integrations
- perform data validation and reconciliation between systems
- support data cleanup and consistency activities

🎯 Skills
- proven experience with Workday integrations
- hands-on experience with Workday Studio,EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connectors
- strong understanding of data mapping and integration concepts (XML, APIs, data transformations)
- experience working with HR systems (HCM, Payroll)
- ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- C1 English level
