Workday Cosnultant (40976)

I'm looking for a Workday Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Studio integration development. In this role, you’ll design, build, test, and deploy integrations, manage code migrations across tenants, and provide technical support after go-live. You’ll work closely with functional teams to align data mappings and ensure smooth delivery in agile sprints. Strong technical skills in Workday integrations and fluent English are essential.

🚀 Project
- development and enhancement of Workday Studio integrations
- participation in sprint-based delivery of Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, etc.)
- estimation of workload and providing clear rationale for time spent
- analysis, design, and testing of assigned integration tasks within given timelines
- peer review of other team members’ deliverables
- identification and communication of dependencies and blockers to Integration Leads
- migration of integration code components across tenants and performing sanity checks
- collaboration with functional teams to align field mappings and data dependencies
- technical support of delivered integrations during post–go-live period

🎯 Skills
- hands-on experience with Workday Studio integration development
- solid understanding of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, etc.)
- ability to analyze, design, develop, and test Workday integrations end-to-end
- experience with code migration and environment management across tenants
- proficiency in technical troubleshooting and post–go-live support
- experience working in agile, sprint-based delivery environments
- fluent English (C1)

💡 Nice to have
- experience with additional Workday integration tools beyond Studio (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect)
- knowledge of Workday data model and business processes
- familiarity with XML, XSLT, XPath, REST, SOAP, and web services
- understanding of integration middleware or API management tools
- basic scripting or programming skills (Java, Python, or similar)
