Payroll Specialist (42656)

Join a dynamic payroll team as the go-to expert for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. As a Payroll Specialist, you will ensure accurate, timely outsourced payroll, identify process gaps, and create operational manuals and checklists to optimize efficiency. Working closely with external partners, you’ll ensure full compliance with Dutch and Belgian laws. This role requires fluency in Dutch and English, advanced payroll knowledge in the Netherlands and Belgium, and experience with international payroll outsourcing. Knowledge of Irish payroll is welcome.

🚀 Project
- responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of outsourced payroll for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
- analyzing the current state, identifying and resolving "skeletons in the closet," and developing checklists and operational manuals (Run Notes) for these countries
- working closely with our external partners, primarily through the ADP Celergo system
- ensuring compliance with local laws in the Netherlands and Belgium – you will be our go-to expert for these jurisdictions

🎯 Skills
- dutch – a mandatory requirement due to legal compliance and communication with local authorities
- english for internal communication
- advanced knowledge of Dutch and Belgian payroll (legislation and processes)
- proficiency with ADP Celergo is a significant advantage; otherwise, extensive experience with other international payroll outsourcing models
