QA Automation Developer (43271)

I'm looking for a QA Automation Developer who will design and implement automated testing solutions, develop comprehensive test strategies, and help ensure the quality of complex distributed systems. I expect strong experience with Java, Selenium, TestNG, Git, and Maven, along with a solid understanding of modern testing methodologies. 

🚀 Project
- developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure quality standards
- designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks and tools
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability of solutions
- performing root cause analysis of defects and working closely with developers to support issue resolution
- participating in code reviews and promoting software quality, testing best practices, and knowledge sharing
- staying up to date with emerging technologies and contributing to continuous improvement and technical excellence across the engineering organization

🎯 Skills
- extensive understanding of various testing methodologies and experience delivering end-to-end automated and manual testing for complex distributed systems
- strong experience with Java software development
- hands-on experience with Git and Maven
- significant experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium and TestNG
- excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
- ability to quickly learn new technologies and become productive in new environments independently

💡 Nice to have
- understanding of relational DB and SQL, and experience with Unix systems
- understanding of distributed systems and messaging middleware solutions
- knowledge of investment banking and trade processing systems
