I’m seeking a skilled QA Lead Engineer, responsible for defining quality processes, building QA frameworks from scratch, and executing hands-on testing using AI agents. Candidates should have strong QA management experience, hands-on automation skills with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright, and experience orchestrating AI tools in testing or development. Availability 15:00–20:00 CET is required.

🎯 Skills
- strong QA/test management experience in modern software engineering environments
- hands-on experience with multiple AI tools in testing or development — ideally with experience orchestrating them
- QA automation — Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent
- ability to design test strategies for AI/agent-based systems
- experience building QA frameworks from scratch
- experience leading QA teams or managing testing at scale
- availability 15:00–20:00 CET daily

💡 Nice to have
- experience with agentic development lifecycle frameworks
- load testing experience (Locust or similar)
- familiarity with ADO (Azure DevOps)
- TypeScript in strict mode
