HR Payroll Expert (42918)

I am looking for an HR Payroll Expert to support payroll operations and system implementation in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accurate payroll processing, data reconciliation and compliance with local legislation. The role requires strong payroll expertise, knowledge of Polish regulations and experience with SAP HR.

🚀 Project
- support of local payroll team and daily payroll operations
- participation in payroll system implementation, including data reconciliation, checks and process setup
- close collaboration with Hire2Retire and internal payroll teams
- acting as point of contact for external payroll vendor and managing inputs/outputs
- handling employee payroll-related requests via ticketing tool
- execution of payroll processes including pre- and post-payroll activities
- performing monthly payroll controls and ensuring data accuracy
- supporting taxation and finance activities (reconciliation, accruals)
- initiating monthly salary payments in an accurate and timely manner
- preparing payroll-related reports and ad hoc reporting
- collaboration with finance teams on reconciliation and accruals
- acting as subject matter expert for payroll-related topics
- ensuring compliance with legal changes and internal policies
- participation in payroll-related projects at local or business unit level

🎯 Skills
- fluent Polish and English
- strong knowledge of Polish payroll and HR legislation
- 2–3 years (medior) or 5+ years (senior) experience in payroll, time administration or HR administration
- experience with SAP HR (mandatory) and HRIS systems (SAP, Workday)
- experience in payroll processes and controls
- advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
- experience in HR Operations / HR Service Delivery
- experience with HR ticketing tools
- ability to handle employee queries and resolve issues
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
