HR Payroll Expert (42911)

Join a payroll-focused role where you will support local payroll operations, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and contribute to payroll system implementation activities. As a HR Payroll Expert, you will handle payroll processes, employee requests, reporting, reconciliations, monthly controls, and payroll-related projects while ensuring compliance with Polish legislation. To succeed in this role, you should have payroll experience, knowledge of Polish HR legislation and payroll, fluent Polish and English, SAP HR experience, advanced MS Excel skills, and experience with HRIS systems and HR Operations environments.

🚀 Project
- support of local payroll team
- support payroll system implementation activities, including data reconciliation, checks, process definition and implementation
- collaborate closely with Hire2Retire and internal Payroll teams
- act as a point of contact for the external payroll vendor by providing reports and processing outputs in line with internal controls and processes
- handle standard service requests, answer questions and resolve payroll-related issues or support their resolution
- manage employee requests through a ticketing tool related to payslips, tax discounts, payments and deductions related to benefits
- contribute to payroll projects at country or BU level
- perform payroll processes, including pre- and post-payroll run activities
- execute payroll monthly controls
- support taxation and finance-related activities, including reconciliations and accruals
- support legally required payroll processes in collaboration with the payroll vendor
- initiate monthly salary payments accurately and on time
- extract payroll reports and other requested reports
- collaborate with FRA on account reconciliations and accruals
- act as a subject matter expert for employees, leaders and people partners in payroll-related processes
- stay up to date regarding legal changes
- support payroll projects

🎯 Skills
- fluent Polish 
- knowledge of Polish HR legislation and Polish payroll
- 2–3 years professional experience with time administration and/or payroll and/or personal administration (SSC environment is an advantage) for Medior level
- 5+ years professional experience with time administration and/or payroll and/or personal administration (SSC environment is an advantage) for Senior level
- SAP HR experience
- payroll experience
- reporting and advanced MS Excel skills
- experience with HRIS systems, including SAP and Workday
- HR Operations / HR Service Delivery experience
- HR Operations / Payroll projects experience
- experience with HR ticketing tools
- English at C1 level
