Salesforce Technical Architect (42927)

I am looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to support two strategic accounts, combining hands-on delivery with governance and advisory responsibilities. You will design scalable solutions, oversee integrations and ensure alignment with platform standards. The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, experience with DevOps and integrations, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders. 

🚀 Project
- providing architectural oversight across two strategic Salesforce accounts with different operating models
- delivering hands-on architecture in a structured, process-driven enterprise environment
- acting as governance and advisory lead for a maturing Salesforce organization
- defining best practices and ensuring alignment with platform standards
- writing detailed Jira stories and supporting delivery teams with clear technical direction
- managing release pipelines via DevOps Center, including troubleshooting and manual adjustments in GitHub
- supporting Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) activities and defining evaluation frameworks for new features
- designing and reviewing integration architecture across Salesforce, MuleSoft, ERP and other systems
- making architectural decisions on system responsibilities across Salesforce and external platforms
- ensuring secure architecture including SSO/SAML, authentication and sensitive data handling
- supporting Salesforce seasonal releases and assessing impact of changes
- identifying and addressing technical debt and scalability challenges
- communicating architectural decisions, risks and trade-offs to stakeholders
- maintaining technical documentation (e.g. Confluence)

🎯 Skills
- extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
- strong background in technical governance and deployment processes
- hands-on experience with DevOps Center and GitHub-based release management
- solid understanding of integration patterns and experience with MuleSoft and ERP integrations
- experience with Salesforce security (SSO/SAML, authentication, data protection)
- strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and MCAE
- ability to guide development teams with knowledge of Apex and LWC
- experience identifying and managing technical debt and scalability
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ability to work across multiple environments and adapt to different organizational setups
- experience with documentation and knowledge sharing (e.g. Confluence)
