AI Automation Enginer (42558)

Join as an AI Automation Engineer and help transform HR processes through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows. You will design event-based automations, implement workflow logic, and integrate systems using APIs and secure patterns. The role also includes building AI agents that classify and structure employee feedback and ensure reliable data delivery. I expect solid experience in automation engineering, APIs, and data handling, with exposure to AI solutions.

🚀 Project
- design and implement reusable automation solutions for employee experience processes based on HR requirements
- build event-driven automations triggered by employee inputs (forms, portals) and HR requests (email, structured forms)
- implement workflow and state management including routing, approvals, SLAs, exception handling and retries
- replace manual spreadsheet tracking with governed systems of record including data models, lifecycle and audit trail
- integrate HR master data and enterprise systems for enrichment and eligibility checks using secure integration patterns
- implement rules-based decisioning and operational controls in a transparent and auditable way
- automate communications including templates, notifications and reminders with traceable outputs
- configure and deploy AI agents for ingesting and transforming employee feedback into structured formats
- implement classification logic for feedback (theme, sentiment, source, HR domain) with confidence thresholds and escalation paths
- build and maintain API integrations for delivering structured data to downstream systems (dashboards, reporting tools)
- define and enforce data contracts to ensure consistency and reliability of outputs
- implement guardrails, audit logging and human-in-the-loop validation in AI workflows
- ensure security and privacy-by-design including RBAC, logging and auditability
- operate and continuously improve automations including monitoring, incident handling and backlog management

🎯 Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in process automation, workflow engineering, integration engineering or software engineering with automation focus
- hands-on experience building end-to-end event-driven workflow automations across multiple systems
- strong understanding of APIs and integration patterns (REST, webhooks, file-based integration) and authentication
- knowledge of data engineering fundamentals (data modeling, validation, deduplication, scheduling, reconciliation)
- practical experience building applications leveraging AI services

💡 Nice to have
- experience with HR systems and HR data governance
- experience with workflow or automation platforms (ITSM workflows, low-code, RPA, email/calendar automation)
- familiarity with AI agent frameworks or platforms (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio)
- experience integrating AI agents with enterprise tools, data sources and APIs
