As a Business Process Owner, you will support Global ERM, optimize workflows in Enablon and ensure alignment with the ERM Framework and organizational goals.Strong knowledge of risk management, process analysis and stakeholder management is expected. 🚀 Project
- support Global ERM with business processes in Enablon
- maintain the structure and hierarchy of Enterprise Risk Units (First/Second Axis)
- maintain Enterprise Evaluation Methods for risk assessment
- support risk recording, exposure monitoring and oversee the lifecycle of action plans
- develop and maintain processes for user access management and implementation of controls ensuring compliance and data segregation
- work with analytics and dashboards to provide insights and reporting
- ensure system configurations and workflows align with the ERM Framework and organizational objectives, focusing on lean and standardized processes
- support process mapping and rollout or enhancement of workflows, including defining integration requirements for connected systems
- collaborate with technology teams and key users to deploy enhancements and support change management through training
- ensure effective user support by maintaining ServiceNow forms aligned with UX and compliance requirements and improving SLA performance with the external vendor
- handle inquiries from cross-functional stakeholders, internal control and audit teams and provide data extracts as needed
- coordinate with the IT system owner to guide the external vendor on prioritization and escalate issues to Global ERM
- maintain detailed documentation to ensure continuity and further system enhancements
- provide guidance on strengthening governance practices related to the primary risk management system

- comprehensive understanding of end-to-end ERM Framework including the annual strategic risk cycle and operational risk management
- proactive approach to continuous improvement using agile and waterfall methodologies
- strong knowledge of compliance and risk management principles
- proven experience in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities enabled by digital workflow solutions
- experience maintaining high-level and low-level design documentation
- experience with Enablon or other risk management tools is a strong advantage
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
