Project Manager (41607)

I'm looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, define scope, goals, and success criteria, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and at the expected quality. You will coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders across IT, business, and PMO functions. A strong focus on communication, transparency, and continuous improvement will be key to your success. If you are comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and know how to align technology projects with business objectives, this role is for you.

🚀 Project
- managing full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to closure
- defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors
- identifying and mitigating risks, managing issues, and ensuring quality assurance
- communicating project status to stakeholders and escalating when necessary
- ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- supporting change management and adoption activities
- driving continuous improvement in project delivery practices and tools
- working with the IT Service Managers, Operations/Development teams, Local and Central PMO, End users, External vendors / consultants, IT leadership, business owners

🎯 Skills
- proven experience in IT project management, preferably in complex or multi-stakeholder environments
- strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Devops, or equivalent)
- excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

💡 Nice to have
- certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ADKAR)
- experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise system implementations
- familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
- project planning and scheduling (e.g., Gantt charts, resource allocation)
- budgeting and financial tracking
- risk and issue management
- proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, DEVOPS)
- reporting and documentation
- contract and vendor management
- familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
