I am looking for a senior candidate for the position of PMO Manager in Real Estate & Facility Management Procurement, with extensive experience in procurement, facility management, or the construction environment. The ideal person has led complex sourcing projects and brings expertise in governance, compliance, audit readiness, as well as the standardization of processes and documentation. Strong background in project and stakeholder management is essential, along with experience in reporting, including working with Power BI (and optionally Power Apps). A solid understanding of supplier management, procurement processes, and familiarity with a global procurement environment are also required.
🚀 Projekt
- lead procurement-related projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and monitoring
- implement and maintain PMO governance standards for procurement projects and within
Real Estate & Facility Management
- drive planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects (audit, compliance,
sponsorship, external workforce)
- develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and visualization tools
- implement digital solutions (Power BI, Power Apps) for reporting and automation
- support risk management and audit readiness across General Procurement
- facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication for strategic initiatives
🎯 Skills
- 8+ years of procurement experience, including complex sourcing strategies and high-value negotiations
- deep exposure to Facility Management and Constructure
- procurement Processes, Standardization of Documentation, Project Management, Compliance
- university degree in business, economics, engineering, supply chain, or a related field
- Power BI user experience
- English at C1 level
