Data Migration Lead (43333)

I am looking for a Data Migration Lead with strong Dynamics 365 F&SCM experience to take ownership of the end-to-end migration workstream within a regulated pharma environment. You will lead migration planning, define data mapping approaches, manage risks, and coordinate functional teams and implementation partners. The role requires deep knowledge of D365 data entities, DMF/DIXF, and experience delivering complex ERP migrations.

🚀 Project
- lead the end-to-end data migration workstream within a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation in a regulated pharma environment
- plan, drive, and de-risk migration activities across functional areas (D2R, S2P, O2C, I2O, P2P, R2R, F2P)
- identify data readiness risks, define mapping rules and default values in collaboration with functional teams
- manage the full migration lifecycle from data extraction and transformation to loading and validation
- lead weekly migration planning sessions, maintain a live risk register, and coordinate mitigation actions
- act as the main point of contact for the Data Transformation Manager and manage collaboration with the implementation partner
- ensure migration deliverables meet agreed quality standards and data integrity requirements

🎯 Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in ERP data migration, including at least 3 full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations in a lead role
- strong knowledge of D365 data entities, Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF), and the complete migration process (extract → transform → load → validate)
- experience with core D365 modules (Product, Vendor, Customer, Inventory, Production, Finance) and understanding of master data flows
- experience with data migration in regulated environments (pharma, medtech, life sciences), including validation requirements, data integrity, and audit trail expectations
- proven experience leading cross-functional migration workstreams and managing relationships with implementation partners
- strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

💡 Nice to have
- experience with Dynamics 365 pharma packages or similar ISV solutions
- experience using Azure DevOps for migration tracking
