Global HRIS Lead (41894)

As a Global HRIS Lead, you will drive a large-scale Employee Central implementation from the HR business perspective across 20+ countries. You will lead the functional HR team, define global data and process templates, and steer key partners including T-Systems and SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires strong Employee Central expertise, proven experience with multi-country rollouts (5k+ users), and solid vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.

🚀 Project
- steer the international employee central implementation project from business (HR) perspective
- lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ
- secure the successful roll-out in 20+ countries
- steer the IT implementation partner (T-Systems) and the vendor (SAP SuccessFactors)
- steer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- consult internal customers on best-practice process implementations
- define and design a global template for data and HR processes
- conduct regular status update calls and governance meetings
- manage stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners

🎯Skills
- proven experience leading employee central implementations on large scale programs (5k+ users) in international multi-country environments
- experience designing global templates for data structures and HR processes
- experience steering and managing external vendors during implementation
- strong employee central know-how
- fluent English 
- solid project management experience (agile, SAFe or similar frameworks)
- strong vendor management skills
