QA Engineer (42304)

As a QA Engineer, you’ll design automated test suites, ensuring full coverage across platforms while maintaining high standards in regulated banking environments. Your work will directly support compliance with frameworks like MiFID II, PSD2, and GDPR. I'm looking for a QA specialist with 3+ years of experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence in defect reporting and stakeholder communication. Experience with chatbot testing, mobile automation, and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Kotlin is essential.

🚀 Project
- responsibility for product quality and test engineering
- design and execution of structured regression testing
- conducting acceptance testing of complex conversational flows
- building, expanding, and maintaining automated test suites
- ensuring test coverage across both web and mobile platforms

🎯 Skills
- familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, PSD2, GDPR, EU AI Act) and understanding how compliance influences product behavior and testing scope in banking environments
- strong discipline in defect reporting and experience working in structured release environments
- experience testing conversational AI or chatbot products (preferred)
- experience with mobile test automation (preferred)
- ability to read and contribute to test harness code in JavaScript, Python, or Kotlin
- practical use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) within testing workflows
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing
- comfortable working in ticket-driven environments, proactively flagging blockers and keeping stakeholders informed
- strong focus on testing complex, stateful user flows, including conversational products and multi-step journeys
