HR Operations Specialist (42910)
I am looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support core HR service delivery across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for payroll inputs, benefits administration, time & attendance processes and maintaining accurate employee data in HRIS systems. The role requires strong knowledge of Polish labour law, experience with HR systems and the ability to work in a structured, SLA-driven environment.
π Project
- execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), including onboarding, job changes and terminations
- management of payroll inputs, including earnings, deductions and pre-payroll validation
- administration of benefits processes such as enrolments, life events and terminations
- management of time and attendance processes, including absences, working hours and leave tracking
- maintenance of accurate employee data in HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, ServiceNow)
- collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders
- ensuring compliance with local labour law, GDPR and internal HR policies
- handling employee HR queries and supporting issue resolution within SLA
- participation in audits and support of operational reporting and KPIs
- identification of process improvements and support of HR transformation initiatives
π― Skills
- 3β5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Services, ideally in a regulated environment
- strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR compliance requirements
- experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Workday or ServiceNow) and time management tools
- fluent Polish and English
- strong understanding of HR operational processes (payroll, benefits, time & attendance)
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- high attention to detail and data accuracy
- ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization
