HR Project Manager (43298)

I'm looking for a HR Project Manager who will lead local implementation activities, drive change management, and support successful adoption of Workday and Time & Workforce Management solutions. I expect hands-on experience with HR systems projects, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills in English and Polish.

🚀 Project
- preparing and executing the local country rollout plan, including all activities required for a successful Workday and Time workforce system implementation
- driving change management and user adoption initiatives to support successful deployment and business readiness
- developing communication plans, training materials, and change management documentation
- collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall rollout strategy
- working closely with local HR and Employee Relations teams to support organizational readiness and adoption
- managing the workstream independently from planning through execution and post-go-live support
- creating new local rules and guidelines; writing the directives and process documentation
- preparing change and communications materials
- managing local change management and communications end to end

🎯 Skills
- proven in project management, change management, adoption, or communications for HR business process change
- experience writing guidelines, directives, and process documentation
- strong stakeholder management skills across local, regional, and global teams
- professional proficiency in English and Polish
- ability to build and execute a rollout plan independently

- knowledge of Workday and/or Workforce (time and attendance) systems
