IT Operations Manager (43121)

I am looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and evolve a Microsoft-centric hybrid IT environment in a regulated pharma context. You will coordinate IT projects, manage hybrid AD (on-prem and Azure/Entra ID), oversee operations and ensure compliance with NIS2 and GxP requirements. The role includes problem management, application support, access management and supervision of monitoring and patching activities. I expect strong experience with hybrid environments, IT operations and the ability to drive continuous improvement across infrastructure and services.

🚀 Project
- coordination and implementation of IT projects within a Microsoft-centric hybrid environment
- operation and continuous evolution of hybrid AD environment (on-premises and Azure/Entra ID)
- problem management across on-premises and Azure/M365 environments
- implementation of new software solutions in compliance with NIS2 and GxP requirements
- request fulfilment including access management for business applications and SSO
- core application management including update and batch management
- supervision of IT operations control (monitoring, patching, batch processes)
- IT asset and configuration management including lifecycle of hardware, software and services
- maintaining and developing technical documentation and internal wiki
- continuous improvement and evolution of the IT environment

- experience with configuration and maintenance of hybrid AD environment (on-premises and Azure/Entra ID)
- experience with problem management in hybrid on-premises and Azure/M365 environments
- experience with implementation of IT projects and software solutions (NIS2 and GxP compliant)

- experience with core application management (update and batch management)
- experience with IT operations control (monitoring, patching, batch management)
- experience with documentation and internal knowledge base development
- experience with configuration and asset management (hardware, software, services lifecycle, inventory)
- ability to drive evolution of IT environment (software, tools, infrastructure)

💡 Nice to have
- hands-on experience with GxP / CSV validation (Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11)
- practical experience with NIS2 implementation
- background in pharma or life sciences industry
- experience with PowerShell or automation scripting for AD and Azure
- ITIL certification (v4)
- experience with SSO / IdP technologies (Entra ID SSO, SAML, OIDC)
- German language skills
- familiarity with Veeva Vault or validated business applications
