IT Delivery Lead (42617)

I am looking for an experienced IT Delivery Lead to take ownership of technical delivery for data product teams and act as a strategic partner to business domain owners. You will work with modern cloud-based data platforms, driving the design, scaling and operationalization of domain data products while ensuring high standards in governance, reliability and quality. The role combines leadership, Data Product Management and deep expertise in data engineering, APIs and Data Mesh environments. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to align business priorities with technical delivery are key to success.

🚀 Project
- responsibility for technical delivery of data product teams, design, scaling, roadmap prioritization and strategic planning
- acting as a technical co-leader together with business domain owners
- analyzing business development and identifying optimization opportunities in terms of cost, efficiency and effectiveness
- developing and implementing strategies for effective steering of the entrusted portfolio segment
- defining rules, standards and work processes with high-level organizational impac
- monitoring markets, identifying trends and developing analyses within the entrusted segment
- steering operationalization and implementation of strategic business initiatives and programs
- managing governance, compliance and ROI for the delivery segment
- accountable for building data products on the unified data platform
- owning the end-to-end lifecycle of domain data products from design to retirement
- defining and enforcing domain-level data product standards aligned with enterprise data governance
- accountable for technical delivery including data ingestion, data pipelines, data transformations, APIs and data engineering processes
- ensuring operational stability and reliability of domain data products according to agreed SLOs
- communicating technical decisions, risks and dependencies to management
- establishing and continuously improving release, operations, quality and engineering processes
- managing technical debt and architectural evolution with focus on scalability and long-term maintainability
