Program Manager (42475)

I’m looking for a senior Program Manager who will lead a complex IT and cybersecurity program, setting up the roadmap, governance, and reporting while coordinating cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, and application teams. You will manage vendor readiness, oversee POC phases, and support remediation planning. Strong experience with large-scale programs, stakeholder communication, and ideally knowledge of post-quantum cryptography aligned with NIST are key.

- setting up program plan, roadmap, governance, and reporting
- coordinating cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, and application teams
- managing vendor readiness and follow-ups
- coordinating POC phases
- supporting plans for application and network remediation
- preparing budget and business case materials
- tracking risks, dependencies, resources, and progress

🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of program management experience in IT and/or cybersecurity
- familiarity with post-quantum cryptography (PQC), ideally aligned with NIST standards
- strong ability to understand technical concepts and effectively coordinate across technical teams and stakeholders
- solid stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
