I’m looking for a Process Manager who can strengthen procurement and AP operations through system optimization and continuous improvement. You’ll manage Microsoft Dynamics ERP configurations, monitor cycle times and compliance KPIs, and implement corrective actions where needed. 🚀 Project
- serving as the subject-matter expert for all S2P components, supporting building and translating global processes into practical guidance
- configuring, test, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP workflows for procurement and accounts payable processes
- maintaining master data accuracy, workflow controls, and ERP system compliance
- identifying process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with business and IT
- training, coaching, and supporting end-users on processes and ERP functionality
- monitoring KPIs (PO compliance, cycle times, invoice automation, exceptions) and proposing corrective actions
- ensuring operational adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

🎯 Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Source-to-Pay operations
- strong functional expertise across sourcing, contract management, transactional procurement, supplier lifecycle management, and invoice processing
- hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills

💡 Nice to have
- experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical devices)
- process improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- experience with automation tools, eProcurement, or supplier portals
