I'm seeking a Business Development Lead to drive regional strategies, identify new market opportunities, and optimize seller performance through data-driven insights. You’ll negotiate key partnerships, track KPIs, and collaborate across marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver measurable results. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in business development, strategic partnership management, and a proven ability to execute high-impact projects. Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL) and excellent communication are essential.
🚀 Project
- developing and implementing seller acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities tailored to regional dynamics
- analyzing seller behavior, trends, and preferences to creating innovative, localized experiences, leveraging data to continuously improving conversion rates and seller performance
- identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and ecosystem players, including leading contract negotiations and commercial discussions
- monitoring and tracking KPIs to assessing business development efforts and market penetration, regularly reporting performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership
- working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, category management, and product teams, acting as a key liaison between regional teams, global business units, and leadership
🎯 Skills
- 6+ years of experience in business development and managing strategic partnerships
- strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data tools
- proven ability to drive results and execute high-impact projects
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
