ServiceNow SP Developer (43126)

I am looking for a ServiceNow Service Portal Developer to design and build user-facing components within the platform. You will develop widgets, pages and catalog items, customize portal layouts and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality. The role involves close collaboration with analysts and architects, as well as participation in agile delivery. I expect hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills and CSA certification, along with the ability to deliver clean and maintainable solutions.

🚀 Project
- developing and configuring ServiceNow Service Portal components including widgets, pages, catalog items, record producers and content blocks
- implementing user-facing functionality based on functional specifications and user stories
- building and customizing portal themes, layouts and navigation structures
- developing and configuring service catalog items and associated workflows
- writing clean and maintainable JavaScript, HTML and CSS for custom widgets and enhancements
- collaborating with business analysts to clarify requirements and contribute to solution design
- ensuring development follows platform governance standards and best practices
- participating in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- performing unit testing and supporting UAT by resolving defects and implementing feedback
- documenting developed components and customizations

🎯 Skills
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
- strong JavaScript skills including ServiceNow widget framework
- understanding of UI and interface design principles
- English at working proficiency level

- experience with Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
- experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor
