I am looking for a Lead FullStack Developer to drive the development of an AI-native engineering platform. You will define scalable technical foundations, build AI-focused proof of concepts, and develop AI agents to automate engineering tasks. You will lead a Scrum team and coordinate developers and testers. The role combines hands-on coding with architecture decisions, reviews, and quality ownership.
