DevOps Engineer (42236)
Join the team as a DevOps Engineer and lead the transformation of our infrastructure to modern, containerized, and automated environments. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage source code, automate processes, and support project teams from development to release. This role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production, GitOps (Argo CD), Docker, GitLab, and strong Python/Bash scripting skills. Collaborate with innovative teams and drive performance, reliability, and automation at scale.
🚀 Project
- design, develop, test, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and IaC
- manage source code, configuration management, release management, build and deployment activities
- setup and manage integration with partner applications
- conduct performance analyses, tuning, error analyses, and troubleshooting
- consult and implement innovative technologies to satisfy the innovation strategy
- create concepts for further automation of services, processes, and/or operating models
- directly support project teams in development, QA, and planning/implementation of product releases
- continuously optimize development and system infrastructure
- provide consulting to project teams and prototype/proof-of-concept solutions
- research and develop in assigned technology, determine business requirements, propose changes, and prepare implementation plans
🎯 Skills
- at least 3 years of experience as DevOps / Platform Engineer or SRE with hands-on Kubernetes operations in production environments
- solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect for IAM integrations and SSO flows
- experience with IAM fundamentals including authentication vs authorization, identity lifecycle, provisioning flows, role and permission models and machine-to-machine concepts
- hands-on experience with Keycloak or RHSSO including realms, clients, roles, scopes, identity providers and troubleshooting authentication and authorization flows
- experience with configuration-as-code approach for Keycloak including managing configuration and promoting changes across environments
- strong troubleshooting skills including diagnosing platform issues such as CPU or memory pressure, pod health and configuration errors
- experience with Kubernetes including deployments, services, ingress and secure handling of secrets and configuration
- experience with GitOps delivery using Argo CD and Helm-based deployments
- experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab including build, test and deployment of containerized workloads
- experience with containerization using Docker
- experience with Infrastructure as Code approach
- experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack or Dynatrace
- experience with PostgreSQL including backups, restore and basic troubleshooting
- understanding of IAM dependencies on database layers and common failure scenarios
- understanding of security concepts including TLS, certificates and secure exposure of IAM endpoints
- experience with performance and load testing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or JMeter
- scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and troubleshooting
