Lead Frontend Developer (43052)

I am looking for a Lead Frontend Developer who will take overall technical responsibility for the development and evolution of a native Android application built in Kotlin. I expect strong experience with Android architecture, CI/CD, code quality practices, and technical leadership, along with hands-on expertise in designing scalable mobile solutions and mentoring development teams. Experience with third-party integrations, payment solutions, WebView-based functionality, and complex backend integrations is highly desirable.

- taking overall technical responsibility for the development of a native Android application in Kotlin

🎯 Skills
- several years of experience as a Senior or Lead Android Developer in Agile project environments
- prior experience working directly with mobile applications
- strong technical expertise in Android development
- experience integrating third-party solutions, including Worldline SDK for payment processing, Order Offline Component, Offer, Shift Management, and Zebra printers
- experience integrating with ÖBB services, including Zumber, EFI, Hafas, and related systems
- in-depth knowledge of the ZUBAPI backend component
- strong proficiency in Kotlin
- strong understanding of Android application architecture (e.g., MVVM)
- experience with modern software architecture and design principles
- experience designing and developing scalable mobile solutions
- expertise in CI/CD practices and tooling
- experience with testing, monitoring, and performance optimization
- experience with reactive programming concepts and frameworks (e.g., RxJava)
- experience with hybrid mobile approaches (e.g., WebView)
