Site Reliability Engineer (43260)

I'm looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer who will design and automate release workflows, improve CI/CD processes, and support reliable cloud-native deployments. I expect 6+ years of experience in Release Engineering, SRE, or DevOps, with strong expertise in CI/CD, Python or Go, Microsoft Azure, and modern deployment strategies.

- designing and implementing automated release engineering workflows to streamline deployment processes
- integrating release workflows with automated validation, quality checks, and monitoring systems
- improving deployment repeatability, auditability, and operational reliability through engineering automation
- supporting advanced deployment strategies, including canary releases and staged regional rollouts
- building structured CI/CD workflows for long-running release and deployment activities
- automating release processes with human approval gates at defined stages
- collaborating with engineering teams to reduce manual coordination and increase delivery maturity

🎯 Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Release Engineering, or Platform Automation roles
- experience supporting production SaaS delivery pipelines and cloud-native release practices
- strong understanding of CI/CD, release engineering, and production deployment practices
- experience with workflow orchestration tools for long-running processes (e.g. Temporal or equivalent)
- strong programming skills in Python or Go for automation and tooling
- experience with Microsoft Azure or similar public cloud platforms
- experience with advanced deployment strategies, including canary deployments
- experience integrating workflows with validation, monitoring, and deployment health checks
