UX Architect (43349)

I'm looking for a Senior UX Architect who enjoys solving complex product challenges and shaping digital experiences from strategy to implementation. You'll design intuitive, scalable applications, create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Experience with Claude Code for building prototypes and UI concepts is highly valued. 🚀 Project
- designing intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent user experiences for complex digital products
- creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- designing interfaces that balance user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility
- defining interaction patterns, visual design principles, and information architecture to ensure consistent application experiences
- acting as a UX consultant for stakeholders, supporting requirement definition, problem framing, and solution direction
- analyzing user needs, workflows, and business goals to propose effective UX strategies and improvements
- identifying usability issues and optimizing user journeys, workflows, and service experiences
- creating high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts, communicate interaction models, and support stakeholder alignment
- using Claude Code to implement prototypes, application experiences, and front-end concepts
- collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business teams to ensure quality implementation and alignment with UX principles
- facilitating UX workshops, design sessions, and collaborative discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- continuously improving design processes, product experiences, and applying modern UX/UI and AI-assisted design practices

🎯 Skills
- significant experience in a senior UX/UI design role, ideally with a strong focus on consulting, advisory, or strategic design
- proven experience designing complex digital applications, beyond marketing websites or simple interfaces
- strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in: application UX/UI design, workflow design, interaction design, prototyping, solving complex product challenges
- advanced proficiency in Figma
- strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and usability principles
- ability to translate business and user needs into structured, intuitive application experiences
- ability to implement designs using Claude Code and transform concepts into functional UI or prototypes
- strong problem-solving skills, product thinking, and a user-centered mindset
- ability to work effectively remotely with overlap in U.S. working hours

💡 Nice to have
- experience in service design or end-to-end journey mapping
- experience working on enterprise, SaaS, telecommunications, or other complex B2B/B2E products
- familiarity with front-end technologies and close collaboration with engineering teams
- proficiency in Czech
