I'm seeking a UX Lead with strong ownership of projects, capable of driving research, interaction design, and problem framing initiatives. You will engage directly with clients, translating UX insights into clear business value, while ensuring consistency and quality across distributed teams. Your commercial awareness will support scope shaping, upselling, and delivery governance. Fluency in English and presence in Prague for workshops and planning are essential.
