Salesforce Solution Architect (42908)

Join a Salesforce-focused transformation program where you will play a key role in shaping business requirements and aligning solutions with target processes. As a Salesforce Solution Architect you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitate workshops, define User Stories and functional requirements, and advise on standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development. The role requires proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior Business Analyst, strong Salesforce and Service Cloud knowledge, experience in large-scale transformation programs, excellent stakeholder management skills, and business-level Swedish.

🚀 Project
- break down existing Epics into detailed User Stories and functional requirements
- facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- ensure requirements are complete, clear and ready for implementation
- advise on standard Salesforce functionality vs. custom development and explain trade-offs
- map and analyze current and target business processes
- ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with target business processes
- act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- communicate technical implications in a clear and understandable way

🎯 Skills
- proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior Business Analyst in Salesforce programs
- strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Service Cloud
- solid understanding of business process design beyond system configuration
- experience in large-scale transformation programs
- ability to work independently and drive requirements forward
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
- Swedish language proficiency (business level)
- English at C1 level
