Technical Analyst (43396)

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will support the design of solution architecture, configure both on-premises infrastructure and AWS environments, coordinate software deployments, and collaborate with client and internal teams on laboratory system migration projects. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for operations and business users while contributing to software testing, IQ/OQ documentation, and UAT support. I'm looking for a candidate with experience in laboratory software, chromatography data systems, and GxP-regulated environments who is comfortable taking technical ownership and communicating with stakeholders across the project.

🚀 Project
- supporting the Technical Lead in designing the architecture of laboratory instrument data acquisition software
- configuring on-premises infrastructure and AWS cloud services according to business process requirements
- acting as the primary technical point of contact for the operations team and business users
- coordinating with client teams to deploy infrastructure and software in line with the project timeline and laboratory migration plan
- preparing and executing tests, creating test scenarios, and maintaining SDLC documentation
- participating in project meetings and collaborating with both internal and client project teams

🎯 Skills
- hands-on experience with Microsoft and AWS products, services, and infrastructure
- at least 3 years of experience configuring and supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software, including troubleshooting instrument-to-software connectivity issues in pharmaceutical R&D environments (GxP and non-GxP)
- experience supporting chromatography data systems in pharmaceutical R&D environments with more than 50 users and laboratory instruments
- experience leading small teams
- experience managing the software lifecycle of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems in a regulated environment
- experience preparing IQ/OQ test scripts and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- proven experience creating IQ/OQ documentation, training materials, and delivering both one-to-one and group training sessions
