Business Analyst (41830)

As a Business Analyst, you will facilitate stakeholder alignment, perform critical solution analysis, and design improvements that enhance functionality and efficiency. From writing functional specs and process flows to defining REST/JSON APIs and analysing integrations, your work will guide delivery teams from concept to deployment. You’ll operate within Agile and Scrum frameworks, support version control best practices, and contribute to BDD and TDD artefacts. Strong communication skills, risk management awareness, and confidence in complex environments are essential.

🚀 Project
- eliciting and analysing business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration and structured workshops
- performing critical analysis of existing solutions and proposing enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency
- facilitating alignment between business, product, and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and priorities
- producing clear, structured documentation (functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical briefs) to guide delivery teams
- supporting UI and end-to-end solution design with a strong focus on usability and feasibility
- conducting backend and interface analysis to ensure seamless system integration
- defining and documenting REST/JSON APIs, including data models, endpoints, and integration contracts
- contributing to Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) artefacts to ensure requirements are testable and traceable
- collaborating closely with developers, testers, and architects throughout the delivery lifecycle

🎯 Skills
- strong understanding of HTTP principles and RESTful APIs
- practical experience working with JSON data structures and API payloads
- proficiency in using Chrome DevTools for interface investigation, debugging, and verification
- solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and common delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- experience with version control practices (e.g., Git workflows, branching strategies)
- familiarity with collaborative documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence or similar tools)
- excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- ability to facilitate collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams
- experience supporting development, testing, and design teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
